Background: JTRD with MOPAR 2" diesel specific lift, Teraflex 1" spacer up front, adjustable front track bar, 35s.
When installing the lift, I didn't like how tight the stock brake lines were at full droop. Bought a set of Synergy SS brake lines and flushed the whole system with DOT 5.1. Brakes feel great, firm.
The other day, was caught off guard paying attention to a group of deer crossing the road and didn't notice the intersection I was coming up on was a 4 way stop. Got on the brakes hard, and made my stop safely. However... I locked up all 4 tires immediately. In any other vehicle I've had, ABS would have kicked in and pulsed the brakes. This one locked up hard. Now, I actually prefer that versus intrusive ABS, but is this "normal"?
