I just spent some time on JeepChat and they solved my issue, and I thought I'd pass along the info. First, the login for Jeep, and Mopar, is same as the UConnect app. I didn't know this. I signed up for the app but hadn't ever used the websites for logging in, etc.
I wasn't able to enter a service record for when I did my first oil change at 1,032 miles. The solution is: the system needs every field to be brief and it does not accept ANY symbols or characters other than letters and numbers. I had commas and was using # sign in my "description" of service, and it did not like that. So I deleted those characters and symbols and it uploaded just fine, albeit it's now one long run-on sentence. Maybe this will spare someone the frustration of clicking Add Record then Save Record and having nothing happen. So, no ( ),#!%@ or anything other than letters and numbers.
I also have a binder with hard copies of receipts and a couple of pics I took actually pouring in the oil, lol.
