I've never had any issues. If I ever do, my credit card would do a charge back anyways.

I purchased a similar one at the end of last year and it took about 60 days to get here. the crate it was shipped in was broken a little bit at the bottom, but no issues to the cardboard underneath. no issues with the shell either. went together pretty easy. overall pretty happy

i also purchased the Wolfbox 860 backup camera (and 35' cord)because the mirror becomes almost useless going through both the hard top and shell tinted windows.

As much as I would have loved to saved money compared to the $4k I spent on my topper - I just couldn't buy something that likely comes without any sort of manufacturer support/parts/help.

I just ordered one from Alibaba also. Windows and Racks for $1256, door to door. All Chinese Aluminum weighing 176 lbs. I'll take pictures when I get the Topper in 30-45 days.

I can't justify $4500 for and RSI. Worst case scenario if I don't like it, I sell it for more than I paid.

Mine arrived in Long Beach on the 21st. They would have delivered it this week but I'm out of town. So Tuesday.

I assembled my Alibaba topper and installed it today. Took about 5 hours all by myself including putting it on the truck, but could be done in less than 3 with two people. Arrived in excellent shape and delivered with a liftgate bobtail truck. Took about 2 months from ordering to install.

I was pleasantly surprised how well in went together, everything fit, stainless hardware and silicone included. Fits the truck like I would expect it to and is just a little below cab height. Doors, windows and latches work excellent. Super nice deal for $1250 delivered. The only thing that might be a negative is the color, it's not dark black, it's almost a gray leaning black.
