I had 0 offset wheels with 285/70/17 tires. I put the tires back on the stock wheels. I don’t know much about this so please don’t attack me lol ? but would the new wheels and tires need a different alignment?

The only thing that can be changed with all stock steering is the toe.
Easy enough to check and adjust if needed.

I just didn’t know if when it’s aligned if that offset comes into play or not I would assume if the tires are further out it would effect something or does the backspace negate that

No. I mean the offset and the off center weight probably did affect your camber some, but it's still not adjustable in the stock setup.

You can set toe without the wheels on the vehicle at all.
