Almost built a Bronco Friday until the wife flipped the script

Was about to build a Bronco 4 door Base with the Sasquatch package on Friday and then sell the 2016 BMW X5 50I when we took delivery of the Bronco. Dealer told me we would have it by March. Then last minute the wife was trying to flip the script and have me sell the Gladiator and keep the BMW. I shut that down fast and now I'm pretty sure the Bronco is off the table. What would y'all do?

Was in this exact scenario 3 weeks ago (minus me selling my jeep.) She did the only logical thing after bailing on the Bronco. Ordered a MY22 Wrangler 4 door.

I'm trying to convince her to keep the BMW and us build a 2 door Bronco base with the Sasquatch package now. It would be around $3600 cheaper, but would have the same options as the 4 door. Here's some pics of the two we built

4 door was $44160 with everything the Sasquatch package gives you and I added the switches, two door just over $41,000. Both built from a Base model. I also went and took some pictures of the BMW beside of a few so we could compare. I love the BMW and the 4.4 liter twin turbo 445hp is a tough thing to let go off, but the Broncos V6 Twin turbo 330hp is peppy to drive. I like the Bronco but we have had a BMW of some sort in the yard for the past 11yrs and as much as I like the Bronco, i don't like it more than my Jeep Gladiator

I’d keep the X5, and the Gladiator. You have one of the best years for the X5. Take it from me, I built them for 20 years. The Bronco, in my opinion, won’t be as good as the BMW, or the Gladiator, in longevity. Just my 2 cents.
