Can anyone who's gotten this lend some insight on it?

How does it work with Sport S fenders?

Do I need the bulb out fix?

Just be sure you dont pick the Rubicon kit and it will be fine. Will work just the same as the Rubicon, only a little lower height.

You dont need the bulb out fix harness if you have a Tazer, there is a workaround via Tazer that fixes it. Not sure if JScan settings will also work.
