How does the dealer react when doing service after the Pulsar is installed?

Installed the pulsar. Worked great for about 4 hours. Then the dash lit up and went into limp mode on the freeway. Long story short, after trying to problem solve eventually removed, and everything went back to normal. Can’t recommend at this time.
Not good. Let us know what happens.

I can't answer on MPG, but if I have to say I don't think that will happen because you will love the "Performance" setting and I really don't think that will be any savings.

In regards to be worth $500. If you take into account that they are for now the only one with a real tune without modding the PCM I guess that they have a nitch. But taking in consideration that I believe that there setting it's a little week. But a lot of us would spend $300+ on a throttle controller that is just a little device that looks not more than a 100 bucks (IMO), so maybe $500 it's okay if you consider that has a basic throttle controller, a TPMS, tires setting and adds power.
great food for thought! Thanks

I installed one on my JT last night. Had all kinds of service lights come on. FWD Collision, ABS, Electronic Stability Control, Adaptive Cruise Control etc. Removed and returned to stock. Problems went away when returned. Tried putting it back on today and same problems (well somewhat the same. Left the battery unhooked over night and had all kinds of apps missing from my Uconnect 8.4. Finally they all showed back up). Talked to a guy in tech earlier but now have to wait until next business day to give him an update to see what we can do to correct the service lights.

I can't say that it everything has been perfect, but I have called Superchips and they are good with tech support.
But with all the hiccups I still like the extra power...

But unplugging the battery for several hours has helped.

Update:
Removed Pulsar and returned
Pros:
Loved the extra power and how easy was to change from one level to the other.

Cons:
Hard to work with Tazer JL installed. Random futures lost like Forward collision, cruise control, and backup camera). I paid extra to have these futures could loosen them.

When removed Pulsar to try the Tazer by itself so many error came up and vehicle went on idle. Call tech support and they made some test and told me they would pay $75 for tow truck and $ 75 to reflash PCM in dealer. And they offer to replace Pulsar with a PCM Swap, which I questioned the warranty issue and they said that I wouldn't have issues but I didn't believe that also wondered why offer to replace with another product, is it that they are having so much problems with it?

I got super scare. Unplugged battery for several hours and everything worked fine. Packed and returned.

Now ordered the Peddle Commander simple hack that doesn't affect with the PCM nor voids warranty.
I just needed the extra torque with large wheels and tires but I hope that with some throttle release I could accomplish that.

Have you installed the Pedal Commander yet? Mine is coming today and I run a Tazer Mini too so I'm curious about your experience if so.

Installed the pedal commander and it works but now my cameras and Sirius disappeared from the 8.4. Rear camera doesn’t even turn on when I go into reverse. Going to unplug the battery for a while (I unplugged to install as well) but not a great start. I took my Tazer off to see if they just don’t play nice and everything is still a mess. Seems to be the Pedal Commander to blame.

Sorry for late response but I think it's the Tazer to blame but it will go back to normal. Try to unmarry and redo.
That happened to me before the pedal commander, but everything is working good for me.

On the note of the Pedal Commander is been a little jumpy I called tech support and they told to unplug it and wait 15 minutes except the 5 of the instruction. I haven't had time to do it.

Hey I appreciate the help! It did go back to normal after a couple starts and 45 minutes of quiet time. Now I’m having it jump all around too. I’ve been fiddling with the settings on Bluetooth and it doesn’t like that I guess. Even when I’m not touching the settings though it’ll drop to eco and then go to sport. Not a good thing in city traffic. I’ll have to try the unplugging.
