Totally agree. I placed an order with them for the Xplor rack, Access Literider cover, and some accessories Monday afternoon. Got my shipment Friday afternoon. Was actually surprised it arrived because the shipping info was never sent to me so I thought it was still waiting to ship. Have not unboxed anything yet but based on the rails I got last year I would tend to think the boxes are equally well packed.
