Any good places to go around Snowshoe WV?

We are going out to Snowshoe WV to get away for a bit. Anywhere to go for a drive around there that is fun but not crazy hard for a stock JTR?

The last 1 hour drive getting up to Snowshoe is crazy enough. Nothing but switchbacks for a solid hour. Otherwise, there really isn't much there. Probably good roads around there, and the little village at the base, Spruce Village, has the best breakfast around.
