Any PA dealers who have done the VIN update for prox sensors?

Looking to add proximity door locks, the parts install is easy enough but my dealer is both uncooperative and ignorant and simply cannot wrap their head around the concept of calling a regional manager to get the sales code added to the VIN. Has anyone had verified success in the eastern half of PA or anywhere in Jersey getting the sales code added? If so what dealer did you go through?

IMPORTANT: Not interested at all in a JScan or any other sort of aftermarket plugin thing. I want to go entirely through the dealer, or not at all.
