Any thoughts on what this?

Recently (4 days ago)bought this used 2020 Gladiator from a dealer. When I opened the tonneau cover today, I found this attached to the rear tie down with a “bread tie”…
It is a rubber plug of some sort. I googled the # on the inside of it…found nothing. Hoping the wealth of knowledge from the members can answer the age, old question….
WTF is this?

Looks like might be front seat slider plug. Goes on back of slider

It’s a plug for one end of the rear bar of the tonneau cover. Looks like a Truxedo Lo Pro cover part.
