Any type of incline trans pops to N and flashes when in reverse

Have it at dealership but confused what’s wrong. Any incline at all like my driveway if I back up it then it pops into n and flashes . Any idea what’s going on ?

Normally when an auto trans goes to no drive on incline, it's fluid is low. With the new all electronic trans it could something more.

Looks like I’m getting a new transmission. They found one apparently and installing it this week .
