As the title says I'm looking for a good video, or some type of instruction to remove the t-case. I am planning on doing a rubicon case swap and would like to see what I'm getting myself into. I've found a couple of YouTube videos, but they all seem to skip the beginning steps. Any help would be great!! If it matters it's for a 2020 3.6 auto

I’d like to see this as well. At some point I’ll remove my t case to check for a transmission output seal problem. I too have seen videos that seem to skip over things.

Well, it took me a couple of days in my garage but I got it done! I only ran into a couple of snags. One was the rod that comes directly off the transfer case lever. I couldn't find anything that explained how to get it apart. Long story short you have to pry the cap off. The two tabs that look like they should push in don't move, careful though there's a spring underneath the cap. Then you just use a scribe to pop out the inside retainer.
The other snag was the t-case I got didn't leak while moving it around so I didn't bother draining my old one. Well I pulled off my front output flange for my driveshaft and soon was reminded that that's the seal by spilling ATF all over myself.
The last thing was the way the fins are designed on the sport case I was dreading putting some of the attaching hardware back in. It was a pleasant suprise when I was putting the Rubi case on that the different design of the fins made life way easier.
Now I'm just waiting for the loctite to set up before a test drive, I can't wait!!
