So this project is not going as easy as I thought it should. Ordered a set of Tactik wheels off amazon (only 107 a piece). For the price they look good, spun them on the balancer and no issues. Installed my new 37" bfgs and a couple are calling for quite amount of weight. Problem is there is only about 4 mm of spacing between the center of the wheel and the rear calipers. I cant put any standard stick on weights between from beyound the inner edge to the spokes. I found low profile weights (3mm) but Id have to cover half the inner wheel to get close to balancing out. Are anyone elses wheels like this?

I had similar issue with my km3s but I luckily had 7mm of space so I was able to use full oz weights. Harbor freight sells some fairly low profile wrights and you could maybe grind them a little thinner? Only other thing I can think of would be lip weights

Had the same thing happen on an F250 with 17” Methods with 315s, used balancing beads, 22k on the tires at 2 1/2 yrs, never rotated, perfectly uniform wear.

Did you try popping the tire bead and rotating the tire on the wheel? Sometimes that helps
