anyone have issues with the lights on the push button start button not changing?

The off position stays lit up no matter what. I have not taken the lower dash apart so I have no idea whats involved in fixing it and the Jeep is out of warranty. It functions regularly but the off position stays lit up

Attached is the starting diagram. They push button start is called the Keyless Ignition Node Module on the diagram. There is a switch position signal line from it to the radio frequency hub, if that checks good, I would be inclined to call the Keyless Ignition Node Module.
