I was actually looking at the skyjacker lift that came with those shocks. Most everyone I’ve heard from says they’re great all the way up until they’re not, and that usually takes about a year of ownership. So I just stuck with Falcons

Not feeling the skyjacker lift, maybe it's different for the JT, bit the 4" SJ I put in the wife's 21 JLURD is nose high and the passenger rear spring sags.... at this stage I would never use them again for the lift...
I'm looking at Rustys 4" for my 23 JTRD

Skyjacker and Rusty's won't go on any of my rides anymore. Lessons learned.

Didn't these shocks just debut earlier this yr? If so, how could anyone have 1+yr experience with them?

I was gonna jump on a set myself, but found a great deal on falcon 2.1 set.

I think it’s more of a skyjacker in general assumption. I don’t know about you, but if the rest of their lift kits suck, I wouldn’t be rushing out to spend a grand on their shocks.

Crappy parts, like you experienced with your SJ lift kit.

Read up on them, you'll figure it out.
Like to know the issues with Rustys, only kit with diesel specific springs it seems and hos springs are made by eibach, its hard to screw up trailing arms and such... you're just the 2st person I've heard say he has crappy parts

I had a front Rusty's track bar that needed the axle end bushing at 6 months and snapped in half near the frame mount after 9 months of use. It wasn't hitting the diff cover either, it just broke. Happened on the trail and luckily not on the road.

I didn't pursue warranty coverage because I didn't want the track bar anymore and I have heard they have pretty bad customer service.

Some reviews here:

Check out Rusty's responses on the BBB page, they do not seem very customer oriented:
