I'm about to install ARB Lockers but not changing pinion & gear, by doing this I know the backlash could change I'm not sure but what about the pinion and gear Pattern should the pattern change at all? Reason that I'm not changing Pinion & Gears is because I can not go with tires over 33s due to a right knee injury and pelvis they will not let me lift my right leg too high which is very difficult to get in and out. Will appreciate any input since never have done this, I've done many mods but never a diff one. Thanks in advance.

Pattern isn't a concern but backlash is. Before you do anything to the diff, measure the backlash. When you reassemble with the Air Locker, make sure you match that backlash. If you don't, you'll very likely have howling gears.
You'll also want to make sure you have good preload. .010" from zero end play is where you want to be. A case spreader really help.
