What's going on with Artec Industries? I placed an order for the high clearance hitch system July 16. I have an email that the order was place that's it. Item wasn't on back order. I've reached out to them via e-mail and I have left a few phone messages. I get no response from them what so ever. Quite as a church mouse.

I was getting my helmet out. I read that then my power went out.

@Whisperingjim Artec is known for longer order times. Even in stock items can take a while to get to the buyer from what I’ve read in here. They seem to have quality products but ya gotta have a long term expectation on delivery.

I still yet to recieve the high clearance hitch system . I will not be spending another nickel with Artec. They have poor customer service. And with that your business is bound to fail.

That sucks. I kinda like the rear bumper they offer.

I bought a skid plate from them towards the end of May 2026. I got an email end of June saying they were waiting on material and it would be another 3 weeks, but since then nothing. Same as OP, several email and voicemail messages but no response and no product.
