Audio Equalizer Settings - Not Saving in Memory - resets to default

Hey all…
2020 Gladiator, 7” UConnect screen. Audio equalizer settings not saving.
Just as it reads, when I go to the Audio settings to adjust the equalizer settings, change treble, mid, and bass, then exit screen and drive on, stop, turn off & exit Jeep. Next time I get in, start Jeep, the audio equalizer settings are back to default (middle setting treble, mid, and bass). Not a good sound (flat).

I did install the ZAutomotive TaZer Mini, it remains plugged in. To my knowledge, there are no settings in the TaZer Mini setup that disrupt the audio equalizer.
I assume this is the culprit.
Anyone else have this issue?

Do a tazer reboot and 2 full sleep cycles. If it doesn’t work, unmarry your tazer and check to see if your eq setting will stay.

Today I performed a reboot on the Tazer menu, followed by 2 full sleep cycles. Drove the Jeep multiple times today, and the eq settings did not reset, stayed to my personal settings. This worked!
