Back of cab in to bed

I'm looking to run the cable for my cell booster antenna from the bed back into the back of the cab. What's the best way to route it?

There are plugs in the floor that you can cut a hole in, run your cable, then silicone the hole to keep out critters, dust, and water.

There are also two vents in the back cab wall that can be used, but I wouldn't.
