Back space range?

sorry to ask another wheel question on here. There’s way too much reading about backspace and offset. Looking to get another set of wheels and tires that are less street and more jeep looking. My current wheels are a -18 offset and backspace is 4.75”. Without getting too much into math..the backspace on the whee I’m looking at is 4.06”. Offset is a little more but rim is less wide. I like the aggressive poke. I feel like I’ve read best BS range is 4.5-5.00. Am I going to have an issue with only 4.06?

This is my first jeep and my first winter coming with it. I have 35/12.5/20 now and in wet weather the road manners are not awesome. I do like the look and overall handling in dry warm weathe but regret going with the 20s sort of. Living in northeast I am worried and wanted to grab a set of tires on that are better rated for bad weather on some 17 or 18” wheels. Looking at some of the A/T tires that are the 3peak snow rated. I like the aggressive poke so was looking at a wheel that was 18x9 -24 offset. Current wheel is 20x10 -19. I’m not a huge mud/rock person and most off road time will be on the beaches here and daily on pavement. The 20” set up works fine on sand (I know most here hate this size where) so looking for something that would be better in adverse weather. I hope this makes sense ?. Been drinking all day watching football!! Some of the 3pms tires looking at are the cooper at3, the toyo At3, and I found a killer deal on some Hankook Dynapro xt that I like a lot but not much info of real life experience anywhere.
