Just bought an Alpine Restyle off of Marketplace to replace my 7” OEM unit and had a local car audio company install the head unit. They couldn’t get the backup camera to work even after contacting Alpine customer service. The radio is a 2020 and my Gladiator is a 2023. It seems like since they couldn’t figure it out, it could be an issue with the head unit. I have also read it could be wiring or a software update issue. Has anyone run into this issue and found a solution?
