Recently called Bartact about my rear seat cover. Short story was it was destroyed by my Malinois jumping in and out at 85 mph and eventually shredding the seam.
I called about any open boxes that I could replace just the bottom since mine was out of warranty. Short answer was that they didn't have any but could sell me the bottom for way cheaper than I expected I would have to pay.
They had already earned my business a couple of years ago so I had outfitted 2 jeeps with Bartact. They just earned even more business for this customer service. They will be my go to source first, always.
