I recently installed beadlocks and was unsure of running ring spacers because of the thickness of the tire bead. After installing them they look like this, it looks like it is bending inwards slightly and might need a spacer. Should I just keep them like this or get spacers and new hardware then remount? (You can see the gap towards the end of the video, also in a separate image)

How far was your bead sticking out before installing the ring?

I installed Method 105's and had a 3/8" gap. I asked Method and they said they recommended the spacers. I asked about it on a forum where beadlocks are common and there was a few with a lot of experience that said no spacers for that range of stickout.
I ran them just over 20k miles with no issues at all. My rings did end up pulling flat and flush when tight. It looks like you may have a strip of bead pinched between the ring and wheel? I would take one apart and see if that could be better.
Also look for threads about your specific tires and wheels. Some tires don't worke that great with some wheels while others just go together like nothing.
