Bed Light removal

Guys I'm new on here and I was wondering if anyone pulled the rear lights out of the bed of the gladiator to put some add-on lights in the bed. just wondering if it is a simple pop pin or do I need to get to the back of the light.

I read that one last night but there was much on the removal of the stock light and I don't want to break any tabs off the back of it. thanks

The main point I got from that thread is the bed light wiring is accessible from underneath.

Oracle has some Bed Light LED strips with a separate switch that I am planning to add. Those will be powered independently of the bed lights, since I want control of when they are on.

throwing this in here instead of starting a new thread. I broke the clips on ym factory bed lights I couldn't get them to come out form underneath.
