Bed Mattress for kids that will fit with tailgate closed

We’re taking an extended camping trip soon, and I had an idea to put an air mattress in the bed for my daughter. I’m wondering if anyone has found any mattress that will fit in the bed with the tailgate closed?

No clue about an air mattress that will fit, but why not get one of the foam mattresses and cut it to fit? Kids + air mattress =
