Bed Racks and Security

There are some bed racks that can be fitted with a roll on tonneau cover, however for those that don't have that capability due to their current racks, what are you guys doing for security. I usually keep dedicated items such as a stroller and a cardboard box that contains miscellaneous stuff on my bed however i do have a tonneau cover. I plan on getting a rack but this is what keeps me from committing from my purchase. Any ideas?
