As others have said, lots of variables, so YMMV. I personally run the Mopar lift on my '22 JTSD. I also have spacers on the front to level out the rake. I added the Synergy adjustable track bar, and a Fox steering stabilizer (through-shaft). That combo, with my '37 BFG ATKO's on Fuel wheels rides pretty fantastic on the highway in my opinion. I routinely roll at 70-75 mph without it feeling squirrely at all.

When I had just the Mopar lift, the axel was slightly off-center, so it tracked a little off, and I felt bumps from the big 37's more. The track bar re-aligned the axle, and the stabilizer seemed to dampen the bumps from the increased leverage the 37's put on things some. I did not need the rear track bar personally - my rear axle was still adequately in-line. I think the front may have been worse due to the spacers.

I can help you put together a suspension set up that will get you 18in of rear wheel travel. I've helped a few others here and have also developed my own set of springs I'm now selling, and am in the middle of developing 3.0 bypass shocks. It works great with 37's which is what I run, and I raced this setup from Ensenada to San jose del Cabo and it kicked ass
