Best Top customer service?

Anyone having any luck getting threw to Best Top Customer Support. Have tried multiple ways with no success (Called/Chat/Email)

Only thing back is message that they are busy and have acknowledged my message. That was 3 days ago.

Yep I even left a message on their forum site nothing back so far.

the email option is definitely not the way to go, i sent them an email and no reply even after 2 weeks. eventually i got through on the chat option. chat or calling is probably the best way since it’s instant.

Tried Chat twice and sat there by myself for like 30 minutes each time. Called and got no love. Will try again tomorrow. I've followed the limited instructions they provided for the Safari Top and even had multiple other people look at it and so far it left everyone scratching their head how that thing is supposed to fit.

Well I finally got in touch with them but no joy as they had nothing further to advise on the JT Safari top than the vaguely provided instruction. I will try to send them some photos and see if they can advise anything
