Has anyone had issues with RSE customer service? I have called multiple times, left a message the last time, and also emailed them all with no response. I seem to recall reading good things on here about their customer service, or do I have that wrong? Any advise on how to get in contact would be appreciated.

I had a really great CS experience with them. It was probably a year or more ago though.

Last time I spoke to them on the phone was a few months ago but had no trouble getting them to answer. They were also good about replying to email but that was a couple years ago. The only number I have for them is 435-752-4580 and that is what is listed on there site

I had good experience with them as well but I do remember it might have taken a minute to hear back from them. We bought a used jeep that already had them installed and had some issues with them and they still warrantied the parts with no issues. Didn't ask for any proof of purchase or anything. They did ask for photos and videos of the issue and then after that they sent the replacement parts to me.

I just installed some of their sliders. They were missing the little plugs that go in the little holes. The promptly sent out a bag of them. No issues and prompt response online via email.
