Not sure what to do at this point…
On 24 Sep 2021 I ordered a black twill supertop. I received it on 06 Oct 2021. When it got here one of the bed rails was pretty badly mangled. So I called customer service and they said they could send me out a new one the “end of next week”.
Called on 05 Nov 2021, talked to Sawyer. “You’ll have it by the end of next week”
In the meantime noticed that one of the clamps was cross-threaded, so I called again. They said they could ship that right out…
Called again on 24 Nov 2021. Talked to Steve. “You should have the rail the 2nd week of Dec”
Called again on 16 Dec 2021. Talked to Lauren. “Those should ship out right after Christmas”
I called today and talked to Yriel… He can’t find any record of my ticket numbers and is going to call me back.
I guess my question is: What should I do at this point?
Update 06 Jan 2022: Just spoke with William this morning. He said that Sawyer put in an order for a whole new top back in October, just with everything being backorered it's taken a while. William said that I "should" have it within the next three weeks, but he wasn't sure since their building was affected by the Colorado fires last week. I'll edit the title if shows up.
