The Tent its nice not gonna lie (MADE IN VIETNAM)
but one of the reasons I pulled the plug on this one is their 150lbs cargo claim , TOTALLY BS .
call them & explain them the situation and they even admit that 31lbs should be lifted with no problems ,so they ask for photos & videos so they can help me ....I send the videos and they call me back saying that the tent was working the way is supposed to & blame the rod case for being long (even tho there is videos of kayaks & surfboards) basically the cross bar & struts are rated for 140lbs of static weight you need to do all the lifting until the struts locks in ...LMAO ! good luck if you have lifted truck and you're Old lol
the guy suddenly switched the conversation & recommend me to remove the Thule Cross bar on my jeep topper supporting the Tent since it could cause damage when I'm on the trail due to the bed articulation something I already knew & just did it for better weight distribution when in not moving ( my bed has around 4 feet of useable T slot track do to my Roll n Rock Cover .
LMAO but that wasn't the reason I called for , at this point I knew I was wasting my time and $300 for the cross bars
Anyways just sharing don't WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE CROSS BAR THEY ARE USELESS !!!
I'm taking the tent on a 2 day camping trip will see how he does .
