Black Screen UCONNECT 8.4

Yesterday i found out that my car roof was leaking but it wasnt that bad, after turning my truck on i found out that the uconnect screen had stop working (Black screen completely) (NOTE: AC and all the other buttons work well (except volume, tune, screen off/on)x. Has anyone encountered this problem.
Note: Ive already tried soft reseting (volume + tune button 30+ seconds) (voice + call buttons 30+ seconds) (resetting fuse 42 and 97) desconnecting negative from main battery.
Another thing that also stopped working is the ports below the screen (USB-C, USB)
The only time i see it respond in some way is when i put in on reverse it lights up but doesnt shows anything

How long did you leave the negative disconnected? Did you disconnect it at the main negative post, IBS or remove the negative cable from the fender? There are others that had this happen too. Search USB power port as well.
