Yeah, being retired network security admin for Iowa, I was very suspect.Zipfiles, with links in them are common ways to spread infections/viruses. By including the link to the infected location, instead of in the zipfile itself, it'll actually bypass some AV vendors initial scans. Good AV products will actually recognize the link, and probe it, upon extraction of the zip, however.
No way I'd open that file, and I'd recommend an admin to delete the post.

I would hope that the servers this is all hosted on do a scan of any uploads.
Web sites I set up at work did a scan via the code in the page while it was being uploaded then any file that landed on the server's drives were scanned once completely assembled from the upload.
Never know, though. A shortcut or link has no code in it itself but can take you to trouble before you can say "stop!"
