When I was looking into different brake systems I call Powerstop and ask what different between your calipers and stock jeep calipers.
I was told they are jeep factory calipers rebuilt with jeep parts and painted red.
I did try Z36 pads and yes they helped put with 37 tires I was not happy.
I finely went with Teraflex Delta brakes. They are amazing and one of my best upgrades.
Those are a real upgrade. My z36’s work great in comparison with Oem parts, but nowhere close to those calipers.

The Z36 along with anti knock back springs in the front calipers on my wife's Rubicon work great put on my highly modified heavy Willys I needed more. Teraflex Delta brakes use Toyota tundra pads and anti knock back springs witch give you that superior brake pedal.

Yep. I’m familiar with teraflex’s system. They’re way superior. I’m just saying that the z36 system is by no means snake oil. It’s much better for on road braking. And mine is very heavy.

I tried the Baer Brakes 13" SS4 Rear Brake Kit on my Wiilys for about 6 months. I was not happy.
1. The way the mount the calipers is not to my standards.
2. Did not do much to increase braking.
3. The squeak was ear piecing and when I called Baer they had no solution or better brake pads.
They are now on my wife's stock Rubicon and they work OK. A little better then stock brakes with Z36 pads.
Now my wife says. When are you going to fix those HORRIBLE SQUEAKY BRAKES.
I am going to putting the stock back on with anti knock back springs and Z36 pads.

If you haven’t used them, the powerstop rotors work extremely well. I’ve had them on multiple vehicles. They improve braking on mountain roads and when towing significantly. It’s noticeable. Very. It’s not bling.
I have powerstop on my Mini countryman ALL4 S I can tell you it is night and day topping difference and far less brake fade and they last a good 30K -40k as I am on my second set

Perfect. Out of half a dozen sets or more over the years, I’ve yet to have a set of rotors warp a single bit.

Yeah I wasn't even nice to that car when i was still active duty and driving in and out Boston traffic. You have Drive like a wheel man, if you don't want to die in that city
