Came with a skyjacker lift kit. There were 5, 2 of them look like rear bump stop pads. Can't make out these 3.

The matching pair look like stock brackets that hold a sensor in each of the rear fender well. I'm not sure what the sensors are...

So the identical brackets can be found on the outside of the frame behind the wheel wells underneath the bed.
Don't know why they were included in the lift.
