Same here too but only happens if I use my parking brake. Or I should say, once I release the brake, then take-off, a slight squeak. If I don’t use my parking brake, then no squeaky.

Hmmm...I ALWAYS set my parking brake. I wonder if it won't happen with out it for me as well.

I haven't looked, are these drum-in-hat or caliper ebrake?

Have had this issue since day one and have been fighting with the dealership to fix it. First they said they couldn’t replicate the issue. Then the next time they said it was a bad shock that they would cover the “aftermarket” shocks (I swapped Rubicon shocks in shortly after purchase). I called BS and told them it is a brake issue, like a dragging pad, not a shock issue. They finally said it was a brake pad “clip” problem and that they would order new pads and rotors for the rear…20k miles later!

Parts finally arrived and dropping it off on Tuesday morning. Hope it fixes it. Nothing like driving slowly and hearing metal squeaking.

UPDATE: got my JT back this morning and all is right in the world again. Hopefully the news pads/rotors fixed it for good.

Hope this helps others get theirs fixed under warranty!
