Has anyone put a bull bar on a Mojave? If so, can you share your experience and which one you installed?

Thank you!

I installed this on my Freedom Edition, which has the metal skid plate bolted to the underside of the bumper, just like the Mojave and had to cut slots on either side of the skid plate to accommodate the mounting bracket hardware to the frame, but it wasn't too much work.

Nice 10th anniversary bumper. Did you need to make any adjustments to the suspension to accommodate the extra 100lbs in front for the bumper?

Mine currently is stock, but with just a leveler.

That looks great! Did you see a dip in the front due to the steel bumper or bull bar? I’m trying to get an idea of whether the mod in this case is just making a fit with the skid plate or maybe more.

I also added a rear Rubicon Steel bumper and I didn’t make any adjustments to the suspension. But if I add a winch, I’m thinking about using the new springs setup of the Mojave X.

My Freedom Edition is simply a Sport S Gladiator with the 24F package, which includes the steal bumpers and side rails, along with the LED lights and a few other add-ons.
I highly doubt Jeep did anything different to the suspension to accommodate the steal bumper.
I didn't notice any difference adding the bull bar...my lights didn't need adjusting, so I really don't think to caused any noticable difference to how much it affected the height of the front.

That’s helpful to know. Looking at a side by side comparison of the Mojave and Mojave X, it looks like the suspension is the same and the steel bumpers just lower the height by 2 inches, so a 2 inch lift would remedy that if needed.

In another thread about the new Mojave X package, there’s a discussion about the suspension with the steel bumpers.

In summary, the parts numbers are different for the front and rear spring on the Mojave X with steel bumpers than the base Mojave without steel bumpers, but the shock tubes parts numbers are the same for both models.
