Bull Bar on Sport bumper!

Has anyone cut into or dismantled the sport bumper?? Wondering if there is a way to install this bull bar with some fabrication?

seems like once the sill guard is removed you could tap and thread right into the frame...any thoughts?

used the taktik bull bar for the jk bumper and cut angle steel to mount! Came out awesome!

Is the mount actually solid enough to keep a critter from smashing through the grille, radiator, etc.?

Its 1/8” thick steel and bolted on with 3/8” hardened bolt should be good.
