Can anyone tell me how big the bolt is that comes with the teraflex 1.5 kit? I bought just the 1" spacer thinking I was only going to level up 1". Then I decided to buy the 1/2 spacer to do the full 1-1/2". Wish I would have bought the whole setup to begin with. Since I bought the spacers separate they did not come with the bump stop extensions. So I see a lot of people use hockey pucks and drill a hole through it. Hoping.someone knows what size bolt to use (diameter, length etc).?

If I recall correctly, I used 5/16”x3” carriage bolts, with torque washers on the bolt to bite into the top hockey puck (2 used, for 2” bump spacer).

Gotcha! Should one puck be enough for 1-1/2" level?

I would stick with 1”, and test it out. If you’re running stock shocks (without shock extensions) you’re actually reducing available overall suspension travel by adding bump stop spacers. You want to keep that to a minimum, and only use as much as you absolutely need. The Teraflex 1.5” kit is actually designed to be used with slightly longer shocks.

Per the Teraflex video provided by Teraflex online they say with the 1.5 kit you don't have to change anything,? I'll check it out again.

I'll stick with the 1" puck seeing as how the complete teraflex kit come with 1" bump stops.

You don’t have to, but you’re raising your ride height by 1.5”, and you’re reducing your overall suspension travel by 1”. It would work better with a set of shocks which were proportional to the new components. Most spacer lifts include shock extensions.

Shock extensions or shocks which are increased in length in proportion to your new bump stop spacer both preserve the original amount of suspension travel. If you’re really particular, you can actually increase your available suspension travel by matching a longer stroke shock to your exact available up-travel. This allows more suspension articulation when offroad. You may also need to modify your brake line brackets to compensate for the additional down-travel. Most suspension lifts come close to maximizing the use of longer shocks with their kits.
