Removed my air dam and found this, the thin X patterned sheet metal. Curious if you just removed it? Also the brackets that hang down from the frame like 8”. Are these used to mount most aftermarket bumpers?

On my rubicon, the skid plate mounts to those two brackets, hanging down. I don’t think mine has that other plate on it.
