Buzzing and popping in speakers even when radio is off!

2021 Mojave. 92k. I got in it one morning and heard hissing in front speakers before I had started it. Then while driving loud popping from all speakers. Turned radio off but static continues for 30 seconds to a minute. That temporary static is now there every time I start it. Radio may or may not play but always with static. Warning beep when backing up is weak. Lost lane change warning completely.
I’m guessing a short somewhere but where would I begin to look?
