Nearly new, maybe a month or two. Was using it in my wife’s JL until she got a phone mount and short USB cord to charge. Since it’s apple play anyway while charging she doesn’t use this anymore.

Small piece of velcro on the back where I stuck it to the side of the console. Perfect shape, no box.
