Center dash switches not working sometimes

On most start ups , everything works fine. Maybe one out of ten , nothing on the center AC control panel works. None of the switches in this panel illuminate to last setting or function. After 2 to 20 seconds , they will illuminate to indicate setting and function properly. When this happens everything else seems to operate properly. I first noticed because the ESS switch didn’t work at times.

Update. Ok , so looks like I may be one of the few , or possibly the only one , that has had this issue. Dealer replaced the center stack switches under warranty , and all has been functioning properly since.
