Last month (Oct) I decided to trade my 2019 Ford F150 in for a new Gladiator with Diesel engine. I looked around my area and couldn’t find anything. I noticed that Flower Dodge in Oklahoma City had two on order both Willys highly optioned out. They you listing them $6000.00 off sticker. I called and found everything to be true. They gave me what I wanted for trade-in on my truck without even seeing it. Four days later the Gladiators arrived and I drove the 180 miles over to the dealership. It took two hours of paperwork and I had a new diesel Gladiator. Sticker was over $51,000 and I got it for $44,505. The sales person had found another $1000 rebate. I love the Jeep and I think I got an excellent deal. Just letting everyone know about Fowler’s Dodge.

Can you share the name of the sales person that helped you? I'm in the DFW area and have not had a good experience with local dealers. I'd drive 3 hrs to OKC for a good deal and hassle free experience.

I had a good experience w/ Mark Dodge in Lake Charles La. Had them ship me the truck. $56.5k sticker, $53k invoice, $47k out the door for a High Altitude. Price I got was $1k below where they listed due to a mix up on their part (first truck we were working on was sold by another salesperson before my guy got to it- they honored my deal for the first truck on whichever truck I wanted).

Worked with a young guy named Corey Victorian. Good fella. Apparently they're a no commission shop so there was zero jerking around. I gave my local dealers a shot at price matching and they couldn't come close.

All the large CDJR stores in the DFW area have been problematic, either when visiting or checking online prices.

Many employ the common practice of listing an internet price that excludes dealer add-ons. The discount off MSRP might look good until you discover $3K of paint sealant, window etching and LoJack tracking added to the price and they don't want to negotiate on that because "it's already been added to the vehicle." An extra sticker on the windshield in their listing photos is a dead giveaway.

When I visited a NE Dallas dealer after making an appointment for a test drive, the sales person didn't show up for work that day and no one bothered to let me know. When I arrived at the appointed hour I was shuffled to another sales person who didn't know the first thing about JTs/JLs. A complete waste of an hour.

I hate how some of the cheapest place in my area used the bait and switch. Highly discounted jeeps, but once I get there, they add dealer installed items. They even said that it’s already added and they can’t be removed (paint protection, interior protection/alarm/gps). Not my first car purchase so I know the drill as the vehicle will eventually sell to an impulsive buyer.

Walked out and found the jeep I wanted 1.5 hours away without any added BS. They did have dealer installed gps locator but totally optional. I did get 5k off.

I went to Huffines in Plano yesterday. They were the only stealership I could find with a diesel. Was finally able to make a comparison drive. Also, they didn’t have the dealer add ones that many do.
Sadly the salesman wasn’t as knowledgable about the JT as he thought he was. Also didn’t want to come down at all on pricefrom the standard deals they have going on now. I understand they will make money off me when I sign a deal but they also have to make me real like I’m getting a deal too. Fortunately I’m in a position where I don’t have to buy a new vehicle.
