So this will be the second time I have had a cel come on since owning booger sugar. First time it came on hooked my scan tool up and found a voltage supply high code. Found no faults with charging system etc, and cleared code. 2 weeks later cel comes back on, hook scan tool to it and all it will show me is p1e0A and a p1e09 code undefined. Hook my other scan tool up (bluepoint) and it says they are manufacture codes. Try to clear codes. Both scan tools say code is cleared but cel is still on. Anybody ran into this before? Looked up codes on the inter webs and it says p1e0A closed loop fueling not achieved bank 2 downstream and p1e09 closed loop fueling not achieved bank 1 downstream, leading me to believe it is a 02 sensor issue. Booger sugar doesn’t even have 3000 miles on her and I’m already ready to trade her in on another GMC Sierra which I had previous to booger sugar. I’m just not impressed with the gladiator anymore, yea it’s cool I can take the doors and top off but I sure do miss the reliability of my gmc and the v8 powerplant…….MO POWA BABY…. Anyways.. any insite on this? I’m going to get the wife to take it to the stealership next week and have them look at it… oh and I forgot any one else having issues with the dual climate control? I can have my side set on 62 and the wife has her side on 68 and hot air is coming out of my vents,

Have you tried going to the dealer for warranty service? I'd certainly do that before writing the vehicle off. It's probably the same issue all along.

I've never been impressed with anything gmc except for that new tailgate that folds as a step to get into the bed. All modern trucks just look too feminized to me. They try to make up for all the curves by making the grills bigger to make the trucks look meaner but they all just look like they're trying to hard. I saw a Shelby raptor a month or so ago that looked like something a child dreamt up. Just way over the top.

My gladiator has been trouble free. I think it's because I didn't give it a cute name or color coordinate any accessories.

I’m going to have the wife take it to the stealership and have them look at it. Like I said me and the wife neither one are impressed with the Jeep. It was cool at first but 3 month later and not so much. I would rather drive my daughters Camry then take the jeep. A $56000 vehicle with less than 3000 miles shouldn’t be having issues 3 months down the road in my honest opinion. This is the first Jeep I’ve ever owned and I can’t say that I will ever own a “new” Jeep again, maybe a older wrangler or something but I just feel like I got the shitty end of the stick on this gladiator

And yet there are hundreds of thousands of Jeep vehicles out there with zero issues, so to suggest Jeep doesn't have quality just doesn't fit.
Mine is at almost 23,000 miles - only minor issues - steering gear, fixed under a TSB.
I prefer driving my Gladiator over the Silverado I had, and bought this truck as a truck that I just knew would sit most of the time (my Silverado averaged 6500 a year over the years I had it, sat for weeks at a time unless I needed a truck)
I had two other cars that were my good weather daily driver. My wife used to drive her Jeeps more frequently, it's a 2021 Grand Cherokee - but her GC was a year old in October of this year and has 4500 miles on it. Why? Because we take my truck everywhere we go. The only times her Jeep goes out is if she is going to a quilt retreat and some get-together with her friends.
Otherwise, my Jeep truck is now our daily driver. That's because it's fun, comfortable, reliable as heck and will go anywhere.

You happened on one of the rare bad apples, that's all. Check the threads here showing these trucks as top dogs.
We've owned many new Jeeps and my son has a Compass - problems are few and far between. My wife won't own anything else these days.

Probably something to do with the name "booger sugar" ??
HAHA - reminds me of a cat we used to have. He was Himalayan, long beautiful hair that matched almost perfectly the color of our carpet when he was a kitten. And he had allergies....
My wife picked him up to cuddle him one day - looking him right in the face and Shadow sneezed. My wife had to clean her glasses of kitty boogers. That day I nick-named that cat "blue-eyed, carpet-colored booger baby" and it stuck. My wife and that cat were joined at the hip for years.

Anyway, back to our normal internet "all Jeeps have quality issues" thread........

It's not unreliable, but you've had one single problem that you haven't had checked out. Of course the Check Engine Light came back on if you never got it fixed, and just reset it. Whatever was wrong is still wrong. Browse the Chevy forums, and I guarantee people will be saying the same thing. There will be a few people with a no cost to them warranty issue. Sometimes stuff goes wrong. In this particular case, it'll be free to you, as you still very much have a warranty. Your continual problems are really one single problem that you never got it fixed in the first place. Resetting the check engine light to see if it goes away is for after 5 years/60k miles, to save some money. But this repair will be free.
I'm only at 14200 miles. but I have nothing but positive things to so say about the Gladiator. My only dealer visits have been for oil changes. But if I did get a random CEL at this point, I'm taking it to the dealer. Part of that price you quoted is for the warranty. I'm going to use it if I have to.

Obviously it completely reliable, you just keep clearing codes when clearly it’s got a defect. That’s what a warranty is for…. Has no one owned a new vehicle before?

I bought my first new vehicle in 1977. I have not bought a used vehicle since except for my fun/collectible classics.
I've had one vehicle where I could reset the thing and make the MIL light go out and it stayed. It was a known issue where the PCM erroneously saw an O2 sensor heater as being bad.
