I figured I'd start a chilling and Grilling thread.. Might not be quite "Overlanding" or camping but since I live full time in my RV on my place at edge of National Forrest.
So I thought I'd start one. A thread on just living in the moment I guess.
Mods feel free to delete if not, other wise anyone want to post something along the same lines.

I like the ideas of a table on the hitch, never thought of that.

Nate;
Something I have been doing for years, in many different ways. When I was traveling around in Europe (in my MJ) I used a Coleman camp kitchen folding table with sink, it took up a crap load of space. Then I just set it up in my quarters as a table and left it in there. After I got back to States it sets unused and I use a cargo carrier. I'm still wanting to build one with 1/4 steel plate bottom and foldable sides, then I can setup it with a Dutch oven. I'm getting to damn old to be squatting :facepalm:
