You mean 38's? 37's should already fit under there with only a few exceptions. I have a 37" Nitto Trail Grappler that runs pretty true to size that fit fine with the track bar before I removed it. Granted it was close, but still cleared it.
38's would be able to squeeze under for the most part, however it's really designed so that 37's can fit with no issue at all and would pose no possibility of rubbing.

There are way more 37s out there that don’t fit underneath the bed than there are even 38s for-sale on the market to a consumer. I guess accommodating a 38” tire would be good and capture both 37” & 38” targeted markets but...the 38 inch tire shopper are a small, and may not be considered to be the deal breaker for design to fit the the higher seller 37.

Came out great!! Is this with only the COR 2.5" spring in the rear? You added a spacer in front and it looks to still retain its rake. I know pictures are deceiving but this would fit my needs perfect seeing as I will have the bed rack, decked and RTT.

Yeah, when I had the 37's put on my Jeep they told me they tried every which way they could and there was no way the tire would fit under the Jeep. This was an offroad shop. When I got home I found I was able to fit it just fine.

Yes COR 2.5 springs all around. I gambled with the 0.5 spacer and it’s closer to level but in some cases it appears to have a little rake to it. I’m happy with it. Rides great so far too....just had my alignment done (dealership gotta get theirs too) only minor adjustments needed for castor and toe.

Added the Badlands Winch today
Noticed zero sag, or body roll or anything with springs and the additional weight. My ride is great over all. Tires set to 30psi cold. Falcons set to Soft 2.2.-2.3. Wife only complained about getting in...said this was tennis shoes vehicle now...no heels ?
Did make some additional adjustments to add more caster when I was chasing down a small vibration which ended up being a tires but the gains in adjustment lead to more knowledge and I can drive with 1 finger on the wheel. #effortless-handling

I should have gotten this gear sooner! @Clayton Off Road

Also printed a bracket for the winch switch and a fairlead saver. Still prototype stuff but look until I get my flat link.
