I have 2020 gladiator rubicon.
I installed the RC 3.5” lift with vertex reservoir shocks. Front and rear adjustable track bars and relocation brackets. Synergy full set adj control arms. Steer smarts no drill top mount drag link, track bar, and tie rod. Synergy steering box and pitman arm brace.

I still have to get the driver front control arms on tomorrow.

I’m having a shop do alignment Monday but hope to get it dialed pretty close.

I used the bleepinJeep toe plates to set toe and centered front axle. Will recheck after front driver arms installed.

my question is this. What order do I do set up?
Front caster and pinion angle, thrust angle

rear pinion and thrust angle

centering axles in wheel well and left to right

checking toe again.

Just curious where to start and what order you guys recommend?

thanks in advance for any help!

I would center the axles L/R first. Then adjust F/R pinion angles. Then set toe. Remember to wait until the Jeep is supporting its own weight (either on its tires or via jack stands under the axles) before tightening all the control arms and trackbar bolts.
