Any in house reviews on this tire ? Looking to replace my Milestar Patagonia 40's that are absolute trash.

Thanks

Not 40s, but I've had 37x12.5x17 Cooper STT PROS on my JK for a few years. They are a great , strong, offroad tire, decent onroad with less noise than it's competitors. I was impressed with their snow performance when new as well, but haven't driven the rig in the winter for a few years. I 100% would buy them again for a weekend warrior or dedicated trail rig. My Gladiator will see 95% pavement, so it's getting a set of ATs, either Falkens or MT Baja boss.

Had 3 sets on 3 different Jeeps at one time. Excellent tire IMO. The oldest set had some chipping/chunking issues but the other 2 that were newer did not. Would have purchased again if they had been available.

I am running the Micky Thompson Baja Boss MT's 40x13.50r17 (Cooper owns Micky Thompson) so for the most part its the same. It has been an awesome tire, I do a 5 tire rotate every 5,000 miles and I have over 48K on them and still going strong...I think I can get another 10-15K out of them.
Daily drive is awesome; traction on slick rocks (on the trails) was crazy good and did great during the 2 snow and ice storms we have had in north Texas
